Sean Dyche tossed his jacket aside soon after this match
started and he’s now going to have to roll up his sleeves if Burnley are going
to stay in the Barclays Premier League.

Granted, one was against Chelsea and this was away from home against a side who
beat Manchester United last weekend.
But already, at this extremely early stage in the season,

pitch. Time and again they held possession – 45 per cent, according to the
statistics – but lacked the wit to find a way through a backline that is not as
strong as it might need to be.
